Terms of Service

Listoq operates a multi-vendor marketplace. We connect you with independent vendors, riders and service providers; the contract for goods or services is between you and the vendor. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

• Prices, availability and delivery fees are set by vendors and shown at checkout.
• Orders are confirmed when a vendor accepts them.
• We may cancel an order where an item is unavailable, mispriced, or where fraud is suspected.
• Multi-vendor baskets are grouped into one delivery where possible.

• We accept mobile money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money) and cards through our payment partners.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method or Listoq wallet.
• Most disputes are resolved within 24 hours of a report.

• Provide accurate account, delivery and contact information.
• Be reachable when your rider arrives.
• Use the platform lawfully and respect our Community Guidelines.

Fraud, abuse of the dispute system, harassment, and off-platform deals intended to avoid fees are serious violations and may result in suspension or permanent removal.

Listoq provides the platform. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent vendors, riders or service providers, though we will always help resolve issues.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect. Continuing to use Listoq means you accept the updated terms.
