Community Guidelines

Be honest. Be on time. Be respectful. Don't steal, harass or scam. If you wouldn't want it done to you, don't do it to someone else.

Breaking these guidelines can result in warnings, suspension or permanent removal. Serious violations may be reported to authorities.

• Report missing or damaged items accurately, with photos.
• Answer your phone and provide a clear delivery location.
• Raise issues calmly through support or the dispute system.
• Don't claim items never arrived when they did, or leave riders waiting outside.

• Products must match their descriptions, photos and prices.
• Mark items unavailable rather than substituting without asking.
• Maintain valid hygiene and licensing (NDA for pharmacy, hygiene for kitchens).
• Never ask customers to pay off-platform to avoid fees.

• Handle every order with care and keep it sealed in transit.
• Be punctual and communicate delays early.
• Treat customers and their property with respect.

We review reports case by case. Repeat or serious violations lead to removal from the platform, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
