No. Gift card balances never expire. If the full amount isn't used, the remaining balance stays in the wallet until it's needed.
Yes. Gift card balance is applied first to the order total. Any remaining amount can be paid with the usual payment methods.
Gift cards can only be redeemed by Listoq customers in areas where we operate. If the recipient isn't yet on Listoq, they can sign up first and then redeem the code.
You can resend from your Listoq account, or the recipient can contact support. Gift cards can also be sent by email as a fallback.
Gift cards are non-refundable once sent, unless the card was purchased fraudulently. If you believe there's been fraud, contact support immediately.
