Privacy Policy

Listoq operates a multi-vendor marketplace connecting customers in Uganda to shops, kitchens, pharmacies, parcel riders and service providers. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our services.

We collect information so we can provide and improve the service:

• Account details — name, phone number, email.
• Delivery details — addresses, landmarks, recipient names and phone numbers.
• Payment information — mobile money number and card details, processed by our payment partners.
• Vendor information — business registration, TIN and licences (vendors only).
• Prescriptions — photos you upload for pharmacy orders.
• Device and usage data — device type, OS, browser, IP address, approximate location and in-app activity.

We never read your prescriptions. Uploaded prescription photos are accessed only by the licensed pharmacist preparing your order and are deleted 90 days after delivery.

• Process and deliver your orders.
• Match you with the nearest vendors, riders and pros.
• Process payments and refunds.
• Send order updates, delivery notifications and support messages.
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Improve our services and recommend relevant products.
• Comply with legal obligations in Uganda.

We share only what is necessary:

• Vendors — your name, delivery address and order details so they can prepare your order.
• Riders and pros — your name, phone number and delivery location.
• Payment providers — to process payments and refunds.
• Authorities — where required by law.

We never sell your personal data.

You can access, correct or delete your information, and request a copy of what we hold. Contact our support team to make a request.
